LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK SAFARI

Kuzora Safari Driver/guide will pick you from the airport and your adventure will begin with a thrilling journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. This journey offers a wonderful opportunity to witness the beautiful landscapes of Uganda, including the beautiful hills of Kigezi, and observe the daily activities of people from various cultures. Along the way, you'll experience local markets, craft shops, drum shops, and stores selling handmade cultural materials. We believe that the 9-hour drive will be well worth the experience. You will also have an opportunity to have a stop over and witness the Equator, take photos of the Equator Monument, interact with the locals and also have experiments showcasing the earth’s gravitational pull that all tourists always look up to around the Equator. You are expected to reach Bwindi in the evening and you will check in your lodge for a well prepared dinner and overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive:
Wake up early, have your breakfast, and head out on a morning game drive to see wildlife in their most active hours. You'll have the chance to spot elands, warthogs, impalas, and more. The early morning offers great opportunities for photography and exploring the park’s rich wildlife. Keep an eye out and get a chance to spot zebras, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, elands, warthogs, and impalas grazing in the open savannah.
You can also have a guided nature walk through the park’s acacia forests and along the wetlands. The walk gives you a unique chance to experience the beauty of nature up close, with the possibility of spotting wildlife on foot.

Boat Safari on Lake Mburo:
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat safari on Lake Mburo, where you'll see hippos, crocodiles, and various water birds, including African fish eagles, herons, and kingfishers.

Meals: Lunch and drinking water

Evening Relaxation:
Return to your lodge for some relaxation. You can choose to take a sunset walk or enjoy a drink while watching the sun set over the savannah.

Dinner and Overnight:
Have dinner at the lodge and rest for the night.

Breakfast and Checkout:
After breakfast, prepare to check out of your lodge and get set for a journey to Entebbe.
Transfer to Entebbe International Airport:
Enjoy the scenic drive back to Entebbe, with another stop at the Equator Monument for any last-minute souvenir shopping.
Drop-off at the Airport:
You’ll arrive at Entebbe International Airport in time for your onward flight, marking the end of a memorable 3-day safari in Lake Mburo.
