We kindly encourage you to read the following terms and conditions governing Kuzora Safari Tours' services. By confirming a safari booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1.1 A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour. In some cases—such as gorilla permits, internal flights, or during peak holiday seasons—additional upfront payments beyond the standard 30% may be required.
1.2 Gorilla and chimpanzee permits for Uganda and Rwanda must be paid in full upfront, based on the official rates set by the respective government authorities. These prices and booking terms are determined independently of Kuzora Safari Tours LTD and are subject to change without notice.
1.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your travel arrangements. Deposits are non-refundable. A payment reminder will be issued in the event of delay; however, if the balance remains unpaid, Kuzora Safari Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip.
1.4 For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
1.5 Payments must be made via bank transfer or credit card prior to the start of the safari. All trip quotations and payments are in USD. Any service charges associated with international transactions, including VISA card payments, must be fully borne by the client.
